Jessica Chastain is an American actress and producer who is famous for portraying strong-willed women in films with feminist themes. She was the winner of a Golden Globe Award, she is nominated in two categories at the Oscars. Born in California which is in the US her first desire to act after she saw the play "Joseph and The Amazing Tecnhicolor Dreamcoat'. As a part of a stage production based on Romeo and Juliet, she debuted professionally. After that, she had her first film appearance in the drama "Jolene". A feminist who is outspoken, she is famous for her outspoken support for equal pay as well as her refusal of works she felt were offering her unfair pay.
